1. Get in touch

Email support@caunsh.com. A person reads it — usually one of us — and we answer in the order they arrive, usually within a few days.

In the mobile app you can also use Settings → Send feedback, which routes to the same inbox and attaches your app version and device so we don’t have to ask.

We’re a small team in India. There’s no phone line and no chat widget — email is the whole support system, and it works.

2. Common questions

Exporting or deleting your data

Both live in Settings → Data, in the app and on the web. Export gives you your tasks, habits, journal entries, notes, goals, people and finance records in a machine-readable file. Delete removes your account and its data. Neither needs to go through us.

Subscriptions and billing

Caunsh is free to use; Caunsh Pro raises the monthly AI allowance. Where you cancel or request a refund depends on where you bought it — see the Refund Policy for the exact route for Apple, Google and web checkout. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we’ll look at it.

Trouble signing in

Caunsh has no passwords. You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a six-digit code emailed to you — the same action whether the account is new or existing. If the code doesn’t arrive, check spam first, then email us and we’ll sort it manually.

Notifications

Reminders, the morning brief and quiet hours are all in Settings → Notifications. If nothing is arriving, check that notifications are permitted for Caunsh in your device settings as well.

What the assistant can see

Only your own data, and only when you ask it something or open a surface that summarises for you. Every call it makes on your behalf is listed in Settings → AI usage, with what it did and when. If something there looks wrong, we want to hear about it.

3. Reporting a bug

Email support@caunsh.com with what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description. If you can tell us roughly when it happened, we can usually find it in our logs.

4. Security and privacy

For anything involving your data, someone else’s data, or a suspected vulnerability, write to privacy@caunsh.com rather than the general inbox. Please don’t post details publicly before we’ve had a chance to fix it.

What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Who you're dealing with

Caunsh is made by Jodi Anoorabh LLP. Terms of use are in the Terms of Service; plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
