Refund Policy

Caunsh is free to use. Payment is only involved if you subscribe to Caunsh Pro. How a refund is handled depends on where you bought the subscription — the mobile app stores and web checkout are billed differently, so the process differs. This policy is operated by Jodi Anoorabh LLP.

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using Caunsh, or delete your account, at any time.

In-app subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Refunds for those purchases are therefore handled by the store under its own refund policy, and we are not able to issue them directly. To request one:

• Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com (or Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History).
• Google Play: request a refund from play.google.com or the Play Store app (Payments & subscriptions).

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but is not itself a refund of the current period — manage or cancel from your Apple or Google account settings. If a store approves a refund, we downgrade your plan accordingly when we receive that signal.

Where web checkout is offered, payment is processed by Razorpay. For those purchases:

• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time to stop future charges; access typically continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If you were charged in error, or believe a charge is not right, email support@caunsh.com and we will review it.
• Refunds for a partial, already-used period are at our reasonable discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved web refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law (including, in India, the Consumer Protection Act). Where the law gives you a stronger right to a refund than this policy, the law applies.
